Logo versions

There are different versions of the logo for different purposes and applications. The versions that should be used primarily are always the red positive version and the white negative version. If it is not possible to use either of these logo versions, for example due to the printing techniques used, the negative, grayscale or black logo version is to be used.

Typography

Primary typography

Fingrid’s brand font is Lab Grotesque. It should be used whenever technically possible and always in printed products, web applications and video presentations.

The font is available in the variants given here, and it can be obtained from the Internet address given below.

Alternative typography

If the font Lab Grotesque cannot be used, the font Arial should be used. Such use environments include Microsoft Office, among others.

Visual language

28° angle

Slanted shapes at an angle of 28°, which are present in the logo, can be used in visual identity applications. These angles make up the most characteristic feature of Fingrid’s design language.

These angles can be used, for example, in colour zones and to limit images in accordance with the example given here.

The angle must not be used excessively; its role is to serve as an introductory component and/or accentuation.
